Jan M. Yates, 79, born on May 9, 1939, in Enid, Okla. and passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2019.
Jan is survived by her husband, Dick Yates; daughter, Kelly Yates; son, J.D. Yates; and grandson, Trey Yates. She was preceded in death by her parents, George “Doc” and Mercedes “MiMi” (Cansler) Hutchison.
Momma Jan was a caretaker of the family, and everyone in general, if it wasn’t going to ball games or cheerleading, she was traveling and taking horses to the rodeo. The family was her entire life and she was theirs!
Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Celebration of life, 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. April 6, 2019, at the Pueblo Convention Center, 320 Central Main.
