LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – Diamond E Productions’ 11th annual Perfect 10 and Lucky 13 Saddle ropings were held March 26 at Horseman’s Park in Las Vegas. Again this year, the productions were World Series of Team Roping qualifiers.
